Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your event, please contact via email at cancel@extraordinaryencountersdating.com no less than 3 (three) days before the event. We will be happy to move you to the next event. If you are unable to attend that event, as well, we will be happy to give you a full refund. If you cancel less than three days before the event, we will be unable to refund your registration.

This information is necessary for us to register you for an event and for us to communicate with you after an event.
